Food Service Supervisor Location Soldotna, AK :

POSITION SUMMARY: The Food Service Supervisor works with the Food Service Manager to maintain departmental goals. Participates in maintaining a training program, assuring that all staff are trained to perform their job duties. Assist in development and implementation of menus and recipes for all customers. Works in accordance with hospital policies, standard practices of the profession, and related state and federal laws

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree(GED).
• 3 years of food service supervisory experience.
• Food Worker Card from the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals within 30 days of employment.
• Certified Dietary Manager(CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional(CFPP) Certification with one year of employment.
