Federal Proposal Manager
Pay will be market rate
Hybrid onsite/remote
Kelly Government Solutions is hiring for a federal proposal manager on a government contract with our customer in Vienna, VA. This is a contract to hire opportunity and is hybrid in nature.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze RFP/RFQ requirements
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs in the fields of Information Technology, data management, application and software development cyber security, data analytics, AI/ML, and program management support
• Conduct reviews, edits, and compile volumes
• Prepare drafts and final proposal volumes
• Collaborate with other team members on an as needed basis to develop and refine solutions to create new content or tailor existing content
• Maintain and update the proposal database, tools, and templates
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, science, engineering, IT or MBA
• Five (5)+ years of experience coordinating, writing and managing federal proposals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a great team player
• Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, running data calls, writing, and editing
• Motivated and results-oriented execution
