Alay Home Care is offering a $20.50/hr -$28/hr pay rate and offers the following great benefits:

Alay Home Care is a DDD Operational Provider who is devoted in supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Support Staff in the Home and Community settings. We're able to take on Consumers along with their current Staff statewide, Servicing ALL NJ Counties !
Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018. Since opening, we have serviced over 300 consumers throughout New Jersey. We're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community Settings. Our team has been in the home care industry for over 22 years, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.
Our Mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to set and achieve life goals by being self-directed, healthy and live a meaningful life.
Our Goal is to identify and match a qualified support staff for individuals based on their needs.
Responsibilities
Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary.
Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials
Transporting patients in the community
Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.
Protects the organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
Training:
College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications
Preferred
Vehicle for Community Transport
1 year Behavioral Experience
