Hybrid Schedule: M TH in office, F WFH
Contract Length: 12 months

Role and Responsibilities
Manage financial processes such as creating and managing Campaign, Execution Order, Payment creation, etc.
Ensuring the accuracy of financial data processed in the NERP system.
Responsible for reconciling marketing invoices with the supporting documents submitted by the vendors
Collaborate with channel marketing managers to make sure marketing programs are created on a timely manner.
Manage aging of Execution Order aging and close it on timely manner
Work with Finance manager in preparing Bi-weekly forecast submission
Generate required reporting to validate payments and resolve discrepancies and variances
Responsible for finance/reporting, financial data analytics and support ad-hoc activities
Analyze actual spending data and update accruals
Background & Competencies Required:
Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of directly related experience is required
Prior experience in retail finance preferred
Must have accounting experience utilizing SAP software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
