A rewarding opportunity is now available in Central California for the experienced Labor & Delivery Unit Nurse Manager! Be part of an outstanding Women’s Services Team in this integral nursing leadership role.

Joining a group of tenured, certified RNs, the Labor & Delivery Services Nurse Manager will be responsible for oversight of the inpatient OB Unit, managing a team of approximately 25 FTEs. The RN Manager Labor & Delivery Services will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO and Executive Director of Women’s Services, and will collaborate with other hospital leadership to effectively lead and manage this fast-paced unit. The Labor & Delivery Manager will be responsible for unit team-building, development and implementation of unit growth initiatives, in addition to managing unit budget and handling regulatory surveys.
