Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven Subcontractor Account Manager to Join our team.
Summary: The Subcontractor Account Manager is directly responsible for managing subcontractor pipelines and ensuring the jobs are completed in an efficient manner per Titan Service Level Agreement with the subcontractor. This person is integrally involved in any necessary communication with homeowners, third parties, sales and internal departments with availability for any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Assist in resolving escalated customer/ project issues with local branch management, director level as needed
- Function as the juncture between corporate, subcontractors, and field operations
- Help train and Assist subcontractors in ensuring NetSuite is updated correctly.
- Maintain phone line for any project related issues in a timely manner
- Resolve issues for Titan Solar Power and help to promote savings and efficiency for the company
- Audit technician schedules and communicate changes effectively
- Contact customers regarding scheduled installation, Site surveys, inspections and service appointments
- Optimize technician productivity through active schedule monitoring and coordination
with local technician leadership - Assist with developing new processes to ensure department efficiency.
- Point of contact for same-day schedule changes
- Function as the juncture between corporate and field operations
- Coordinate technician movement with local operation managers
Education & Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Residential Solar or construction experience ideal
- Experience with G-suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign, NetSuite, CRM tools, mapping tools, and online solar platforms.
- Project coordinator or managing experience, not required but preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Accuracy and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to navigate and respond in our CRM - NetSuite
- Be comfortable working in a high volume and fast paced office work environment
Physical Requirements: - Alternate sitting or standing at will
- Crouching or bending
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Able to travel up to 15% of the time
