Job Description What You'll Do:
You will provide total rewards business partnership to the IDS/Vestcom businesses with individual and group compensation matters, and collaborate with the regional total rewards team to deliver on various core processes, including annual surveys, market benchmarking, job pricing, salary planning and annual compensation administration. You'll also support various global compensation processes or projects supporting our full enterprise.
The Total Rewards Consultant will directly support the ID Solutions and Vestcom businesses with individual and group compensation matters and participation in core total rewards processes.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Directly support HR partners and functional leaders with individual and group compensation matters.
- Lead annual incentive plan linkage review and employee mapping.
- Coordinate salary planning process for the businesses.
- Lead the annual compensation administration process for this population with oversight of annual merit, bonus modifiers and long term incentive awards.
- Support the organization's pay transparency and pay equity processes of this population.
- Deliver and support local HR partner and leader education.
- Partner with the Business Leaders in the design and maintenance of Incentive Plans (Sales, Manufacturing, etc)
- Coordination of various core total rewards processes.
- Support U.S. and Canada annual market pricing and employee analysis
- Responsible for US & Canada survey participation.
- Change management leadership for the new HCM compensation module.
Qualifications What You'll Bring:
A passion for total rewards, strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data, and 6+ years of related compensation experience. A bachelor's degree in HR or business, and a CCP certification are preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.
- 6+ years compensation experience.
- CCP certification is a plus.
- International exposure is a plus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail; strong analytical skills and ability to gather key insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Self-directed with critical thinking ability.
- Ability to take moderately complex projects and see them through completion.
- Skilled in organizing and prioritizing work to balance various competing responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing, and matrix environment; ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Excellent leadership, relationship building, and teamwork skills.
- Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Travel: 2-3 weeks annually.
Additional Information - The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $162,000 / year.

Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate's relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
