Millennium Corporation is hiring a Network Designer to support a program in Hampton, VA. Candidates must have an active Secret Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

The hired candidate will:

• Oversee the Link 16 Network development affecting the Air Force.
• Interface with Joint and Coalition Forces to coordinate policies affecting the entire Link 16 Enterprise.
• Ensure that all USAF Link 16 Networks satisfy the needs of war fighting forces, training units, and test organizations.
• Produce design outputs required for successful management of Tactical Data Links.
• Utilize expertise of the Link 16 network design process and JNDA software for development of Link 16 networks and Link 16 operations in Joint and coalition TDL operations.

• Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience OR Associates degree with 7+ years of experience.

• Preferably, two years’ staff experience with communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, as part of the staff action officer processes for coordination of taskers using existing Task Management Tool (TMT) or other staff coordination standards, document reviews, program updates, and background papers.
• Preferable, two years’ recent, within five years, experience on staff with planning, organizing, and negotiating effectively with senior analysts and management to accept and implement recommendations for TDL network design development.
• Expertise of Air Force Link 16 weapon system configurations and capabilities, weapon systems Link 16 network design requirements, Link 16 network design software, support tools, and network analysis methods.

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
