Salary Range: $72,028.00 - $85,829.00
Position Summary:
Full-time Nursing Supervisor position available for our Everett Medical Clinic located in Snohomish County. Willing to train for this position. This position requires that we hire an RN but if the LPN has Clinical experience, we will consider. The primary role of the nurse in this position would include training, mentoring and supervision of Medical Assistants. Ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer services skills, demonstrate enthusiastic and professional demeanor, and excel at multi-tasking while in an integral part of the care team ensuring patient flow and providing quality patient care in a safe and timely manner. The nurse also performs direct patient care including injections, consultations and other nursing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be an RN or LPN, Licensed in the state of Washington.
Must have previous health care and supervisory experience.
Implement nursing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Medical Director and Clinic Manager to meet Sea Mar’s standards, philosophy, and governmental regulations.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and team building skills are necessary for this position.
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred not required.
