LaSalle Network has partnered with an environmental services team in the Hoffman Estates, IL area. Their team is actively hiring for a Collections Representative. In this role you would be you will be handling a high volume of collections calls in a fast-paced environment. Below are additional qualifications and responsibilities.

Collections Representative Responsibilities:

• Accountable for reducing delinquency on assigned accounts
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues
• Communicate and follow up effectively with both customers and branch personnel on a timely basis
• Establish and maintain an effective and cooperative working relationship with branch personnel and co-workers
• Handle a high volume of outgoing calls to assigned delinquent customers
• Handle incoming phone calls, regardless of assigned branches
• Effectively resolve customer and branch questions

Collections Representative Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
• Knowledge of Billing, Collections and Accounts Receivable procedures
• High school diploma
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
