Job description

Position Description: As Annual Giving Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for raising vital funds for our school. They oversee all aspects of the process, including making asks, coordinating community volunteers, and collaborating with the Advancement Team. 

The primary responsibilities  

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma and at least three years of experience in fundraising and managing high-level volunteers. Ideal candidates demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Work Environment:  The Development Office hours are M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The primary work location is on campus in the assigned office. May be required to work evenings and weekends. Approved flexible hours to accommodate demands outside of business hours.

About Collegiate:  Wichita Collegiate School is a coeducational, college preparatory, independent day school for students in early childhood, from 2-year-olds through grade 12. Located in East Wichita on a 42-acre campus, Wichita Collegiate is home to 968 students across four divisions: Early Childhood, Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School.
