Job description

Here is an established REQ with timelines and direct manager contact. We have a resume review scheduled with the hiring manager tomorrow to get his feedback on resumes and scheduling interviews. He has not interviewed candidates yet but has received a handful within the system. He is looking to fill this as soon as possible with the right candidate.


Let's try to find a solid local or relocation candidate, ASAP!

He really liked one of our candidates (Vijay, resume attached) but thought he was too focused on the infrastructure.. He is holding onto his resume to see what else we can find.


He was also impressed with our remote candidates (attached, Pavel & Swathi). However, the hybrid onsite requirement is a must have and they are not open to hybrid.

He is completely comfortable with relocation candidates this is where we will have to adjust our search.


He mentioned the following companies where SAP candidates may be found : Bosch, Lear, Chrysler / Stellantis, Wayne State University, University of Michigan, DTE

Can we work C2C? No

Can we sub vend? No

Max W2 Rate (All-Inclusive to referral fee): $73 (example, $70/hr W2 to candidate + $3/hr to vendor)

Work authorizations: Must be able to convert full time with the client without requiring any sponsorship whatsoever.

R esponsibilities

1. This role is for a hands-on doer. There are on business facing duties
2. Data archiving using ILM and SARA to support dozens of teams across all business units. The business units are across all functional areas.
3. Data conversion using BODS
   1. ECC to S/4
   2. S/4 to Rise
   3. Legacy to S/4 or Rise
