Scenic Group is looking to hire a Loyalty Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Hollywood, FL corporate location.
 
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Loyalty Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating awareness our customer loyalty programs, ensuring engagement, retention, events and overall satisfaction. This dual-branded role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with our customers.
 
Responsibilities:
Loyalty Program Management:
•Execute updates to the loyalty programs for the US & LATAM markets.
•Monitor and analyze program performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into overall marketing strategies.
 
Content Creation and Communication:
•Create compelling content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials, to communicate loyalty program benefits and updates.
•Craft engaging and personalized communication to nurture customer relationships and drive program participation.
 
Data Analysis and Reporting:
•Utilize data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives and provide regular reports to the marketing team and leadership team.
•Identify trends and opportunities for improvement based on customer behavior and feedback.
 
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
•Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align loyalty initiatives with overall business objectives.
•Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to optimize program performance and explore new opportunities.
 
Customer Engagement Strategies:
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, including exclusive events, personalized offers, and targeted promotions.
•Organize loyalty events around the country to engage loyalty members.
