Position: Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems

As the Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the information systems landscape for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). From fostering client relationships to configuring systems, your impact will be significant.

What You'll Experience:

Exciting Challenges: Participate in the business development process, analyze client requirements, and present innovative solutions.
Project Wizardry: Support project managers during system implementations/upgrades and provide ongoing support.
Innovation Hub: Contribute to the development of implementation plans, configure systems, and provide post-implementation support.
Solutions Maestro: Create detailed functional specifications, perform integrated quality assurance testing, and collaborate with end-users for user acceptance testing.
Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training to power users, provide system configuration site support, and troubleshoot logistics information system-related issues.
What You Need to Thrive:

Educational Spark: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work/military experience.
Experience Fuel: 4 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) development and implementation.
Tech Prowess: Expertise in web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and small parcel shipment systems.
Business Wisdom: Knowledge and experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution.
Data Dynamo: Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Bonus Points If You Have:

Master's Touch: Master's degree in a relevant field.
SQL Sorcery: Oracle SQL programming experience.
Experience Amplifier: 5 years of experience with WMS development and implementation.
