Our Montecatini facility, located in the beautiful north coastal area of San Diego, California, is known as a pioneer in the treatment of eating disorders. Established in 1991, Montecatini's three residences offer a home-like setting for residential treatment, and our day and intensive outpatient treatment is located a short drive away, conveniently located near I-5 for easy access. At all our levels of care, we strive to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere through scenic and peaceful surroundings that enhances our individualized treatment programming.

Our holistic approach to treatment addresses the complexity of the disorder by utilizing several different treatment modalities. We understand each individual is unique and because Montecatini is a small facility, we are able to design a detailed treatment program, incorporating specific program components for every patient. We are currently looking for a Director of Clinical Services to join our team.

Essential Functions:

• Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans and independent decision making for program requiring clinical expertise.
• Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination and supervision to the staff.
• Responsible for a limited caseload as needed.
• Develop, plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service.
• Monitor meetings, as well as admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
• Provide clinical direction and leadership.
• Direct crisis intervention efforts and intervene as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree in Behavioral or Mental Health or closely related field. Four or more years with Eating Disorders and Co-Occurring Mental Health Experience. Experience working with families and adolescent patients and mentoring other therapist with different licenses.
