What You'll Do

As a Business Systems Analyst within the Enterprise AI and Search team, you will develop scalable futuristic architecture to address new business models, business challenges and help drive digital transformation. You will collaborate on multi-functional projects to identify areas for improvement. You will analyze internal processes, data and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital and cloud technologies.

You will:

• Develop solutions to address complex problems.
• Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers.
• Work closely with Scrum Master, Product owner, and global delivery teams to drive and be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience.
• Identify area gaps and challenges; translate these into a transformation strategy and roadmap and orchestrate end-to-end solutions.
• Transform Enterprise AI and Search area end-to-end processes.
• A strategic partner to the business with deep understanding of heir processes and act as a strategic consultant on their business system’s needs.
• Work on strategic programs to help enable the desired business outcomes. Work on multiple projects and partner with peers from across the Cisco business units.
• Identify the business impacts, perform process analysis, detail the Solution design, user stories and conduct functional testing. Manage effective communication between partners and multi-functional teams. Work with engineering teams in building, testing and implementing the capabilities.
• Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams.

Who You'll Work With

You will work in the Cisco enterprise AI and Search group and Solution teams managing feature development for Cisco Enterprise Search. You will also work with Product Owners for managing the backlog and deciding effective delivery methods. You will be working with multi-functional teams to build features for our clients.

Who You Are

You have experience working with Agile teams and can influence various stake holders. You're a driven, motivated individual with a high level of initiative to deliver for overall objectives.

Minimum requirements:

• Familiar with Requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across multiple IT/Business partners.
• Must have 8+ year’s IT experience with a BS degree.
• Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project methodologies
• Have deep understanding of Enterprise Search, Elastic Search and its eco system
• Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Agile teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
• Self-starter, who can work both independently and multi-functionally
• Fun, highly upbeat personality; standout colleague that works well in a fast-paced and driven environment with expectations to deliver high-impact value to the company

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of JIRA Cloud and JIRA Align
