JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an extremely motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven, and highly-disciplined Territory Sales Manager to add to our amazing team. The ideal candidate will posses exceptional sales, communication, negotiation and time management skills. As a Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for cultivating and managing our business-to-business existing customer base and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
SALARY: Guaranteed $5,000 per month for the first 6 months. After will be Commission of 5% of overall sales per month up to goal & 6% of overall sales for per month over goal retro to dollar 1 for your territory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
- Provide customers with detailed product information and technical support
- Attend industry training to keep up-to-date with trends and developments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ideal Candidate will have 3+ years of experience with B2B sales experience
- Valid Texas Driver’s license and Reliable/Economical Transportation
- Good Driving Record
- Personal Integrity / Intellectual honesty
- High Organization skills / Discipline
- Strong Work Ethic
- Competitive / Goal Oriented / $$ Hungry through value selling
- Comfortable public speaking
- Have a natural ability to persuade and lead
