Job description
- Experience: 5-15 years
- Licensure: Licensed
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Revit (primary software)
- Location: In-office position with 3 WFH days per month
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with design team and clients to develop project requirements and design solutions
- Produce and oversee production of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Strong proficiency in Revit software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience leading architectural projects is preferred
