Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Retrieves payroll information from clients, by phone, fax, email and other means, prepares reports for client's review, and processes requests in a timely manner.
• Responsible for covering admin calls, help in pack out when needed.
• Updating all employee information, deductions, earnings, salary, direct deposits, etc.
• Required to be phone back up for the tier 2 team when needed and utilize Gointegrator.
• Understand Garnishments and able to explain our procedures for the SOLVO team to input.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
• Contributes to team efforts to meet phone and ticket metrics.
• Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgement and discretion.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
• Guides Clients in employee lock outs and Client User set ups.
• Updates all Client Bank Accounts.
• Researches all Billing inquiries.
• Performs additional duties as required, including special projects and audits.

• Has finished 30/60/90 as a new hire and met all the requirements within that document.
• Created a Demo to test client requests.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, detailed originated and organized.
• Must provide excellent customer service and be able to work well with clients and internal staff.
• A positive upbeat attitude.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities along with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and tax laws and compliance regulations surrounding payroll.
• Must have the ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast paced, highly complex and deadline-oriented service environment.
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime when necessary.
• Able to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues.
• You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths.
