Our Recruiting Lead is accountable for leading talent acquisition for our statement of work product. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and the ability to source, attract, and retain top talent through various channels.
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and growth plans.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Manage and nurture relationships with a select group of internal and external suppliers that provide supplemental talent sourcing services.
Collaborate with supplier partners to ensure the timely and quality delivery of candidates.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance with service level agreements.
Identify and engage with passive candidates through networking, social media, and other sourcing methods.
Implement talent mapping and succession planning to address future talent needs.
Develop and execute strategies for diversity and inclusion in talent sourcing.
Nurture candidate relationships through ongoing communication and engagement.
Lead and mentor a team of up to 12 recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Set performance goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the talent acquisition team.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and supplier relationships.
Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the organization's employer brand.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, engineering, science or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a minimum of [5] years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Experience managing a team and driving high-performance outcomes.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Certification in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
