DISTRICT MANAGER
Want to see your ideas in action ? Have you got a knack for leading the conversation ? If so, Store Space Self Storage is looking to hire a District Manager to join our team based in the Boston, MA area (remote-capable) .
This position earns an annual salary starting from $90,000 based on experience and is bonus-eligible. We prov ide excellent employer-paid benefits where the company covers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the District Manager , you will lead store employees and partner with corporate support to achieve operational expectations within the district . As a coach, you will direct sales, manage reporting, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee site safety and store appearance within your assigned district .

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISTRICT MANAGER
Experience with sales and collections will be beneficial in this role . You should also have experience with CRM software . Any self-storage or commercial retail background is a plus.
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and remote capable . Our typical office hours are between 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
