Osmose is currently seeking a HR Associate to support the company’s Human Resources Department by performing a variety of routine administrative duties.

Summary of position:

This position supports the company’s Human Resources Department as well as other departments as needed by performing a variety of routine administrative duties.

Responsibilities:


• Distributes mail to appropriate departments.
• Prepares, packages, and mails a variety of guides, letters, and documents to employees.
• Manage office incoming/outgoing mail and shipments as needed.
• Assists to maintain inventory of materials for high volume distribution.
• Assist entire HR team (HR/Benefits/Payroll) with copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
• Assist entire HR team with scanning documents into the document retention programs and processing documents within the system.
• Prints and mails pay statements weekly.
• Mail employment milestone notifications to employees.
• May assist with collecting and organizing records for audits.
• Assist with directing incoming phone calls and email communication.
• Coordinates set-up for meetings and training including coordinating catering.
• Performs other general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:


• Computer skills – Demonstrating ability to learn or enhance computer skills using software such as MS Word, MS Outlook (emails and calendar functions)
• Active Learning- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
• Critical Thinking- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Confidentiality - Maintain high level of confidentiality.
