Job description
LaSalle Network is partnered with a prestigious high-end manufacturing company known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. With a rich history and a focus on producing top-quality products, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support their Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in a temp-to-hire capacity.
As the Executive Assistant to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the CFO's office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage a wide range of administrative tasks and confidential information. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual capable of anticipating needs and providing impeccable support. Experience in supporting multiple executives is a key requirement.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements
Support multiple executives when needed, coordinating their schedules and priorities effectively
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Conduct research and compile data as needed to support the CFO in decision-making processes
Assist in organizing and coordinating special projects as assigned
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
Experience in supporting multiple executives is required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
