Job description

Bowhead seeks to network with a VoIP Engineer to support an upcoming effort in Corona, CA. 

• Provide Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technical support in the day-to-day operations of the VoIP telephone system, including infrastructure (wiring)
• Support the enterprise network level environment using CISCO routers, switches, ISE and ASA firewalls
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant Cisco Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technical support, and three (3) years of experience on the day-to-day operations of the VoIP telephone system, including infrastructure (wiring)
• 2 years of experience in an enterprise network level environment using CISCO routers, switches, ISE and ASA firewalls
• Posess one (or more) of the following Cisco (OEM) IT certifications: (1) Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Enterprise or (2) Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking
• Certified CompTIA Security + 

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time

• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
