We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Real Estate Operations Manager in Lakewood Ranch, FL to support our client with day-to-day business and streamlining systems. The Details Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 + bonus potential Benefits: Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off Hours: 9:00-5:00, M-F with flexibility during the evenings and weekends from time to time for urgent business needs Location: Onsite, Lakewood Ranch, FL. You live within a 30-minute commute to Lakewood Ranch. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver's license, and you carry insurance. Responsibilities:

• Manage systems that support a streamlined real estate business
• Coordinate Agent’s schedule
• Ensure database accuracy and manage updates
• Coordinate marketing materials
• Oversee Agent appointments and client communications
• Organize and maintain transaction documents and information
• Facilitate a positive client experience alongside the team

Qualifications:

• Real estate experience preferred
• Knowledge of: Canva, Office Management Platforms, CRMs
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• 1-3 years of experience supporting a professional in the real estate industry or similar service-based profession
