Description:
As the Chief People Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, aligning talent initiatives with organizational objectives, and creating an environment that attracts top-tier talent. Reporting directly to the CAO, you will oversee HR operations, implement innovative learning and development programs, and lead succession planning efforts to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
What you will do:
- Cultivate a Positive Work Environment: Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth where employees feel valued and motivated to excel.
- HR Operations Management: Oversee HR processes and systems to support organizational growth and streamline operations.
- Talent Assessment and Development: Evaluate talent capabilities, anticipate future needs, and implement strategies to bridge skill gaps and prepare employees for advancement.
- Succession Planning and Leadership Development: Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Performance Management and Incentive Programs: Review and enhance performance management systems and employee incentive programs to drive engagement and retention.
- HR Integration and Relationship Building: Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate HR functions and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Communication and Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and effective communication skills to foster open dialogue and address employee concerns.
- Data Analysis and Compliance: Analyze turnover data, stay informed about industry trends, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Event Support and Coordination: Assist in organizing and facilitating motivational events to boost employee morale and engagement.
What you will need:
- Experience in cultural development and implementations of 3 plus years.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Marketing, related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, SHRM certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources experience, with a minimum of five years of management responsibility, Sales or Marketing experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership experience that includes collaboration, culture, and team building.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, bi-lingual is a plus.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, working on a computer, able to lift 15 pounds.
