Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive online community.
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Work Schedule : 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST (Mondays-Fridays)
