Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Associate I for the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. Reporting to the Essex County 4-H County Agent, the Program Associate I of Essex County will lead a 5-year grant-funded program, Farmpreneurs. The candidate will be responsible for overall project management, recruitment, training and nurturing of high school students and AmeriCorps service members, coordinating with partners for elementary 'school-to-farm' field trips, overseeing project goals and targets.
