Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an **API Integration Specialist.** In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical integrations, analyzing data, supporting various aspects of digital marketing, and contributing to AI automation development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis, platform integrations using APIs and webhooks, website management, CRM management, and have basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Platform Integrations:**

* Implement and manage integrations with various platforms using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make.
* Ensure seamless communication between different systems for efficient data flow.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the development of AI automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

1. **Data Collection Analysis (Web and Marketing Performance):**

* Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
* Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Excel.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

1. **Website Management:**

* Basic knowledge of DNS management and tag management systems.
* Work with Ads and Web teams to implement tracking tags using Google Tag Manager.
* Collaborate on website-related projects using Webflow, WordPress, and other relevant tools.

1. **CRM Management:**

* Maintain and develop our client-facing customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM platform.
* Collaborate with the account management team and client to optimize CRM functionality and workflows

1. **Digital Marketing Knowledge:**

* Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and Social Media marketing.
* Collaborate with digital marketing teams to implement tracking and measurement strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends and contribute insights to enhance marketing strategies.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 2 years experience in technical operations
* Upper Intermediate to Advanced english language skills
* Proven experience in data analysis and platform integrations.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and basic digital marketing concepts.
* Proficiency in using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Zapier, Make, Pipedream, SQL, Python, Webflow, and WordPress.

**Certifications:**

 

* Google Marketing Platform Certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc)
* Certification in a relevant CRM platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
* Additional certifications in data analysis or digital marketing are a plus.

**Skills:**

 

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
