Role Summary: - Manage assigned carlines and cross-carline technologies in the U.S. from concept phase input to launch, and throughout lifecycle
- Drive consistent communication of product values throughout Audi of America and partner agencies
- Actively participate in the development of all strategic product, pricing, and volume assumptions for the relevant models and technologies
- Maintain key information regarding market development and competitive strategies
- Serve as the "voice of the U.S. customer" for future product development activities
- Ensure all elements of a connected vehicle strategy are implemented and are aligned with the global Audi Brand, U.S. customer requirements, and U.S. legal requirements (federal, state, and local)
Role Responsibilities: Serve as overall vehicle subject matter expert, internal and external -25% - Representation at national auto shows, press events, and dealer meetings
- Point of contact for internal meetings, marketing, communications, operations, and strategy
- Develop crisp articulation of product/feature value and benefits for use in marketing and communication materials
- Oversee and ensure product-correct communications and reviews of product
- Regularly interfaces with strategy planning and technical development teams
Connected vehicle and electronics subject matter expert, internal and external - 25% - Key counterpart to all relevant teams at AUDI AG regarding technical information of connected vehicle activities
- Establish roadmaps for key technological areas in-line with AUDI AG planning and development teams
- Serves as subject matter expert for in-vehicle connected offerings
- Presents roadmaps at various meetings, as required
- Studies and develops emerging business models
Define optimal model line-up for the U.S. market - 20% - Including features, options, packages, color, trim, wheel, and technical selections
- Define and ensure successful product lifecycle management from launch, through refresh, and final build-out
- Support through analysis the pricing of standard and optional features
Maintains key information regarding market development, competitive strategies and emerging business models - 20% - Collects all market-relevant information regarding competitor offerings, strategies and partnerships
- Outlines related conclusions for Audi strategy based on those facts
- Actively seeks partnerships with fitting suppliers / companies to accomplish key strategic objectives
- Studies and develops emerging business models
- Provides regular updates on Connected Vehicle development to top management
Manage next-generation product lines - 10% - Provide strategic requirements for next-generation product
- Include requested improvements based on current-generation model line
- Track equipment changes, project price, and project premise for alignment
Qualifications: Years of Experience: - 10 years of relevant experience
Education - Required: - Bachelor's in BA, Engineering, or similar
Education - Desired: - Master's in BA, Engineering, or similar
Skills: - Analytical and conceptual thinking

- Resource management
- Knowledge of vehicle development process and lifecycle management
- U.S. market premium vehicle and consumer requirements

- Demonstrated capabilities in writing and presentation skills
- Experience with market research sources and data analysis
Specialized Skills - Required: - Collaboration in a cross-cultural environment
- Experience in the area of connected vehicles and vehicle services
- Basic knowledge of the connected vehicle industry and its basic principles
- OEM product or service planning experience
Specialized Skills - Desired: - German language
- Experience in telecommunication industry
- Electrified vehicle product management expertise
Work Flexibility: - Travel 15% - international and domestic
- Must be able to work flexible schedule / hours
