Key Responsibilities: Provide clients with business tax return preparation, financial statement analysis, and guidance on business decisions such as tax planning, effective tax rates, and cash posture requirements. Support clients by writing proposals, engagement letters, budgeting, staffing, and billing. Participate in the in-house CPE classes and general tax training provided by the firm. Conduct research on client issues and represent clients during IRS audits.
