Job description
- Prepares the service area, side stations and performs work assignments as required by the Food & Beverage Director.
- Provides timely food and beverage service to members and guests including, but not limited to, distributing menus, making menu recommendations, taking food and beverage orders, submitting orders to Kitchen/Bartender, placing food and beverages on trays, adding garnishes or other appropriate ingredients, delivering and serving orders (following approved service procedures), utilizes beverage napkins where appropriate, removal of soiled dishes from tables, presents charge ticket to members and guests, and returns to table to ensure member satisfaction.
- Able to lift up to 30Lbs
- Proper speech and writing is required
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas, keeps assigned tables, lounge and bus station clean.
- Able to work with others and create a team environment
- Knowledgeable with beverages(wine, beer, mixed drinks)
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basset & Food handler certified
- Works with all food and beverage staff to ensure the highest level of member and guest satisfaction.

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking orders
- Delivering food
- Serving alcohol
- Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
- Prep or side work
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
