Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our patients, providing expert care that encourages recovery, strength, and mobility. You will play a critical role in our patient's rehabilitation, utilizing innovative techniques and personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions by conducting physical exams and evaluations.
Develop treatment plans by identifying patient needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase physical functionality.
Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and preventive measures.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, with a focus on orthopedic, spine, or joint care preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based practice.
