Job Category: Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to identify their objectives and develop strategic marketing plans tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will encompass both short and long-term initiatives, involving relationship management, project oversight, budget allocation, and seamless internal communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to craft and implement strategic marketing plans across various channels, including:

Paid media (Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, programmatic display, OTT media, etc.)
PPL (affiliate & click media)
Email marketing
SEO
Organic Social
Content
Creative
Data & Analytics
Drive strategy innovation and propose new opportunities to enhance client outcomes.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
Develop and manage multi-channel media budgets.
Oversee day-to-day account activities, including client meetings, reporting, and internal coordination.
Provide training to team members on client-specific nuances.
Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships.
Efficiently manage and track client budgets and billable hours.
Offer revenue and gross margin projections to management.
Assist in developing and executing B to B marketing strategies for CCM as a client.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in advertising agencies, with a focus on paid search and social media.
Proven expertise in developing strategies for paid search, paid social, email, SEO, content, and organic social.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in direct marketing principles related to paid search and social media.
Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
Attention to detail and analytical prowess.
Technical proficiency.
Availability during east coast hours (9am-5pm).
Willingness to travel up to 3 times per quarter.

Compensation:

The expected salary for this position ranges from $63,000 USD to $110,000 USD annually, with adjustments based on geographic location. Additionally, the role may be eligible for performance bonuses, commission, and equity in the form of restricted stock units. Standard employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off, are also offered.

Flexibility for occasional travel to different offices or events is essential to fulfill the duties of this role.
