Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back-of-house operations of a busy restaurant
- Hire, train, and develop staff
- Maintain consistent quality of product
- Monitor and maintain safety and sanitation protocol
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Winning personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- At least two years of Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong motivation and excellent work ethic
- Great tenure - demonstrated progress at prior jobs
