Job description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the brand management, awareness and support of the Sales team. This position requires an individual that functions with an elevated level of integrity, confidentiality, and excellence. The Marketing Manager oversees procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, and partners with leadership to support various company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the marketing content and materials, branded items, print suppliers, direct mail materials, digital assets, freelance talent, and various marketing services, including promotional materials.
Work in conjunction with the sales team on the development, implementation, and management of sales and marketing projects and ideas
Conference logistics management for all conferences including registration, conference materials and support for the sales team
Assist with planning efforts and the facilitation of client events
Track data in CRM to support content strategy
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for leadership
Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities and supply intel on competitor messaging
Assist with response and preparation of contracts and RFPs as needed
Manage expense reporting as needed
Handle company website updates and social media messaging
Attend tradeshows and conferences as needed
Other duties as required
Experience, Education, & Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field
3-5 years' experience in marketing or sales operations
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Professional communication experience with all levels of an organization
Results and detail oriented
Performance and deadline driven
Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and complete critical tasks
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strong business judgment and ability to present findings in a clear and compelling manner
Proficient in MS office for the purpose of generating spreadsheets, reports and creating presentations, (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work independently or part of a team
Some travel required
Preferred:
Work experience within a healthcare finance company
