Job Title: Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
Location: Must be located in the Greater Dallas/Fort-Worth Area
Salary: $120k-160k + Bonuses
Requirements: Must currently be a Tax Manager at a CPA or Wealth Management firm and have minimum 5-7 years of experience with active CPA or EA

For over 20+ years, we have been an established boutique size firm based in Dallas, TX and today we have about 50-60 employees! A lot of our clients are in the Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Family Office, and Professional Services space and we also handle a lot of High-Net-Worth individuals and their Trusts/Estates. While we are not a CPA firm, we pride ourselves on providing top Tax services to our clients and can offer better work-life balance to our employees.

We are now actively seeking to add a Tax Manager to our team by New Year as we prepare for the upcoming busy season. This role is also hybrid remote so you can choose which days you work from home.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have:
- Active CPA or EA
- Minimum 5+ years of Public Accounting Exp.
- Must currently be a Tax Manager at a CPA or Wealth Management firm
- Experience reviewing S-Corps, HNWIs, Partnerships, and Trusts or Estate returns
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

Nice to Have :
- Experience with high-net-worth clients
- Real Estate and/or Oil & Gas Industry Exp.
- Masters Degree in Taxation or Accounting
