Job description

Mustard Seed of Southgate Mall, Missoula, is searching for an experienced leader to step into the role of general manager. The person we are looking for has a deep knowledge of full service restaurant operations, with years of experience and a proven track record of success. They will put our guests first, while also taking great care of our staff. 

The successful candidate will be familiar with the following operations: driving excellent guest service, controlling labor and food cost, overseeing private in-house dining events, off site catering events, managing multiple patios and bars, and casino management, as well as facility maintenance. 

It's important that the candidate we find has the ability to delegate and utilize our talented staff to create a spectacular experience for our guests.

• Compensation range is $100,000 to $120,000 annually

This role requires 50 hours over 5 days a week and is classified as exempt. This role requires long periods of time standing, plus the ability to walk quickly; bend, reach, and move without restriction; and lift up to 50 pounds.
