Document Administrator - Memphis, TN
IFF has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Office Professional and Document Administrator (OP-DA) supporting the overall needs of the manufacturing facilities in Memphis, Tennessee. As part of the Nutrition & Biosciences business, these growing facilities produce industry-leading soy protein products for food markets and are key assets to business results. The successful candidate to this role will be passionate about applying technical and interpersonal skills to support the team in producing the highest quality products in service to our customers.
The OP-DA handles administrative duties including procurement, basic IT support/coordination, file share security, event planning and execution, catering arrangements, reporting on management system metrics, assisting with CBT administration, building of specific unit training manuals, assisting with new hire onboarding, in addition to document administration, which includes document review, proper filing / storage of information, and records retention. The incumbent of the role both maintains current systems and develops / executes ideas to continually improve. This person works closely with other admin support to ensure completion of various day-to-day activities in support of the manufacturing function.

Education:
Experience:
Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
2 yrs of administrative role experience with preference for a manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to listen to understand the big picture and articulate the value of the service and how it impacts plant performance
High degree of ownership to the plant and equally with our organization
Can provide and receive a balance of pinpointed positive and constructive feedback to and from anyone
Positive and enthused
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Adaptability
Quick learning new skills
SAP experience preferred
