Title: Program Manager II

Type: Contract
Our client is seeking a Program Manager II who will be responsible to positively impact and accelerate multiple initiatives under way by the Human Resources team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for written and verbal communication with various team members of diverse experience and seniority about the program goals, progress, timelines, dependencies, and needs.
- Collaboratively partner with stakeholders in multiple functions and influence leaders and individual contributors in stakeholder organizations to enlist their support and advocacy.
- Create a variety of content based on the audience and need, including executive PowerPoint decks, Knowledge Base support articles, as well process maps or workflows.
- bility to facilitate meetings, discussions and workshops and proactively engage participants to contribute to individual, small group and large group settings.
- Capture key decisions, follow up actions and notes in critical meetings and share with stakeholders and participants in a timely manner.
- Identify promoters and detractors of required changes.
- Use Change Management strategies and tactics to ensure the success of the change in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Required Skills: - Excellent Project Management skills to organize project teams, create and implement project plans, identify, and track milestones and action items, and drive progress.
