Job Purpose
The role of the Senior Global Business Analyst will require diligence in aligning programs already in place in each SBU (strategic business unit) /Regional Team while providing overall guidance, direct metrics, and leadership toward a consistent and focused approach across the enterprise. The successful candidate will partner closely with each SBU to achieve growth, innovation, and margin expansion goals.
Dynamic, results-orientated Leader with deep understanding of Cultural and Organization transformation, who has experiencing multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments that can align, empower and invigorate staff, champions and leaders to operational excellence and market leadership while having fun and being a little ‘wild’.
Key Accountabilities You will be responsible for Enterprise gathering and vetting needs into requirements, Validation of delivered needs, and input into Process Improvements, Governance, Portfolio and Operations Reporting and Metrics, through all Business Analysts Governance tools. In addition, you will:
- Lead Analysts and Process teams, while supporting adjunct teams, like PMO, Data, et al. in the design and deployment of automation (traditional and RPA) and optimization solutions utilizing Work with business stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand process pain points and recommend the best combination of process reengineering and automation to deliver the most value
- Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues
- Influence policy and process decisions to effectively utilize existing applications without the need for customization or automation when it makes sense
- Partner with Solution Engineers to determine project feasibility, level of effort and ROI
- Determine the prioritization of automation opportunities across various Finance teams and manage the automation pipeline
- Manage negotiations between teams and across organizational lines to promote the most effective and consistent global solutions
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, including gathering and documenting requirements, workflows, and data flows using standard business process modeling (BPM) techniques
- Contribute to the overall maturity of the function through development of tools/templates and by providing education to peers and business partners
- Fluent in RPA, like UiPath and other supporting tools, like Figma
- Document and analyze client financial and business processes for automation feasibility
- Develop strategies and recommendations for RPA-enabled solutions across various platforms
- Maintain and prioritize automation request pipelines
- Support client outreach, education and training on RPA solutions
- Support development of documentation including Business requirements Document (BRD)process definition document (PDD), and contribute to technical design document (TDD), user acceptance training (UAT) documentation and user guides
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills - Participate in cross-functional collaboration among Product, Data, Technology, Business Development, Financial Coaching, Communications, and Fundraising Teams. Lead with a high velocity of output, encourage new and seasoned team members to take ownership and strive to identify new ideas and opportunities

- Actively participate with peers on corporate initiatives, benchmarking activities, etc.
- Navigate and bring value to an ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders including executives from the business units and partner organizations
- Partnering with the Intellectual Property (IP) team to?develop and execute intellectual IP strategies across domains and projects and build Trane Technologies IP position in the market and its long-term competitive advantage
- 10 years’ experience building and bringing to market innovative, tech-enabled solutions
- Deep subject-matter knowledge in transformations, productization, consumer finance and / or FinTech/FinServ
- 10 years of leading and managing teams—creating a high performance, engaging work climate
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and influence direct reports, senior leaders, Board members, and other staff
- Experience serving as a spokesperson and thought leader on behalf of an organization
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to quickly synthesize data, processes and help others make data-driven decisions.
Must Haves - Financial services background– understanding loan origination, lending, the echo system of vendors (such as interfacing with the credit bureaus - Equifax, Experience, and TransUnion).
- Alternatively, someone with Fintech and/or global motor/robot/transportation background.
- Consulting experience and client-facing experience.
- Business degree/MBA preferred.
- Experience working with global executive teams and supporting global portfolio of projects.
