DELVE DEEPER
In this role, you will lead a computer lab of 10-30 participants, delivering career coaching sessions, leading workforce development workshops, and crafting impactful job application materials. You will collaborate with Account Managers to connect job seekers with opportunities, guide them through the placement process, and supervise a dynamic computer lab. Additionally, you'll administer the TABE test, ensuring a smooth testing process and accurate documentation of scores.
Your responsibilities will extend to developing targeted job search curricula, editing resumes, and providing essential resources such as metro cards and external referrals. Your meticulous coordination of attendance, interviews, and placements, coupled with your commitment to accuracy in participant documentation, will make you an invaluable force in fostering professional growth and success!
