Job description
Great customers, answer the phone, check and respond to emails
Service existing accounts, generate walk in sales, and obtain orders
Identify and generate prospective customers, answering customer questions about products, availability, and prices, unload and check in incoming orders and products, creating estimates, selling products, and invoicing customers, ordering products
Visit potential and current customers to evaluate needs and promote products and services (out in the field if necessary)
Assist and promote Installed window sales program
Learn about current products keep designers and project managers informed
Measure products for current and potential clients
Maintains professional and technical knowledge
Take offs from Blue Prints (if do not know how to learn how to)
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, making recommendations
Enhancing up to date knowledge on new & current products by conducting research, and attending training and meetings
Work home and trade shows, be able to work store hours 9:30-5:30 M, Tue, Wed, Fri, Thurs 9:30-7, Sat 10-2,
Work 1-2 Saturdays a month
Work as a team and use all of the resources that are available to you and more
