Position Overview
AVer is seeking a passionate Sr Product Manager for our Healthcare business unit with successful track record in IT hardware ODM management and product management knowledge and experience.
In this position you will be involved in managing RFQ from our potential ODM prospects, as well as managing many aspects of the product development cycle, including developing innovative new product roadmaps, developing go-to-market product launch plans, training internal and external stakeholders, creating product messaging for marketing and sales, contribute thought leadership content for the marketing team, liaising with end-users to understand customer needs, preparing ongoing competitive analysis in different product categories and identifying product needs with our HQ PM and RD team.
Position Requirements
Job Responsibilities - Manage RFQ process from our ODM prospects with our sales team and our HQ PM/RD/Factory team
- Propose and implement a winning go-to-market product strategy.
- Develop product messaging that sets our products apart from others in the market and gives our team unique selling points.
- Obtain a deep understanding of our customer's product uses sufficient to identify gaps in our knowledge and ask informed questions to fill them.
- Recommend new innovative ideas and products to drive a sustainable product roadmap pipeline.
- Provide review, feedback, and product expertise to content writers and other marketing team members.
- Plan and participate in the launch of go-to-market campaigns which involve several stakeholders, different departments and sometimes multiple organizations.
- Obtain insights into our customers' usage of current products, decision processes and buyer personas, through research, interviews, surveys and sales data.
- Communicate the vision and value of our client's products to their sales teams and develops sales enablement tools that facilitate the selling process.
- Create compelling and relevant content with the marketing team such as guides, whitepapers, PPT decks, case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts across a variety of marketing channels.
- Work with internal teams (graphic design, content writers, and vendors) to communicate and execute your vision for complex assets.
- Take part in, and at times lead, key customer opportunities, presentations, and meetings as needed for the sales team and key resellers.
- Participate in key industry trade shows and marketing events as needed for your product expertise.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis in support of product go-to-market strategies.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers.
Job Requirements - Bi-lingual (English, Mandarin) is a MUST
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management related roles
- Proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic relationships
- Proven track record in product messaging and positioning
- Proficient in building a systematic approach for product innovation
- Proven track record of launching successful products
- Great communication and presentation skills
- BS in EE or equivalent. MBA a plus.
- Able to travel 50% or more of the time
