Job Title: Business Analyst

Work Location: hybrid 3 days a week in office - NYC

Type: Contract 12+ months

Overview:

The role is managing a Private Equity accounting software vendor.

We currently have a handful of clients on this platform but are ramping up our marketing to this asset class and expect it to grow. Key areas of opportunity for this platform are "institutionalizing" the implementation and business practices, assessing integration opportunities with internal systems, and risk mitigation.

This requires getting a deep understanding of the software, the Private Equity client base, and managing, troubleshooting, and escalating user issues to the vendor.

Tasks:

• Building best practices for the business (investor services and accounting)
• Analyzing current implementation for opportunities to make it better.
• Help centralize processes across different teams.
• Managing vendor due diligence processes and more.

Keys to the role:

• Technical degree mid-level role
• Private Equity experience
• ALTA experience
• Local candidate NYC area
