Opportunity Overview:
Join our dynamic team at a pivotal growth stage and play a crucial role in establishing key accounting processes. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting with a background in financial reporting within a private equity setting. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience, preferably in the construction industry. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you will be an integral part of our dedicated accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of monthly consolidated financial reports, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare monthly board decks, providing comprehensive supporting schedules and insightful analytics.
- Ensure compliance certificate reporting and conduct thorough analysis.
- Perform monthly fluctuation analysis for corporate budgets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various business units to promptly address accounting and financial matters.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Sound decision-making capabilities with a focus on meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- CPA license preferred, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Alteryx and Adaptive Insights is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.
- Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics and financial modeling is beneficial.
- Expertise in Excel, including large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL and MS Access.
- Prior involvement in consolidations of multiple entities and experience with M&A and Quality of Earnings analyses would be advantageous.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
