Position Summary

The Manager, eDiscovery for US Litigation & Investigations will be responsible for leading eDiscovery efforts for all litigation and investigation matters involving US-based Sanofi entities in a variety of practice areas, working independently, as well as with outside counsel and colleagues in the US Litigation & Investigations group.  The position requires understanding of and experience with the identification, collection, and analysis of electronic data, with the goal of preserving evidence in its original form while performing a structured investigation that is legally defensible.  The person filling this position ideally has knowledge of and experience with eDiscovery issues from an in-house perspective, must be an effective communicator, and have the ability to work with colleagues in Legal and diverse functional and operational areas throughout the company (such as HR, Finance, Pharm Ops., Business Development, IA, IS, etc.).  The person filling this position ideally has advanced and demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to analyze complex situations, develop and communicate plans of action and carry them out.  The person filling this position also must understand the rules and policy of evidence collection, evidence handling and chain of custody, and be proficient in the collection of data from various sources.
