QUICK DETAILS - HYBRID RECRUITER ROLE AT AMZ MANUFACTURING
Hourly Rate: $20 per hour to start
Working Hours: Flexible - Training to be between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday - Friday. Remote potential once trained.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position is an outgoing individual with 3+ years of recruiting experience demonstrating the ability to attract qualified candidates. The candidate must be able to work with the various divisions within AMZ Manufacturing.
Training will be conducted onsite at the various AMZ locations. Once fully-trained and able to independently conduct recruiting, this position will allow for flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week. AMZ is open to hiring a part or full-time candidate.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize recruiting tools and technology to source top candidates for multiple company positions
- Demonstrate knowledge of positions to be filled, collaborate with the team to clarify roles, job descriptions and hiring needs
- Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and communicate results
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through prompt communication and follow up
- Create, manage and prepare all candidate correspondence
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, recruiters, and colleagues to facilitate successful onboarding of new hires
- Perform first-day orientation and completion of new hire paperwork
- Schedule physicals and screens for new hires
- Possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for manufacturing-type business; must have familiarity with best practices regarding recruiting, such as the basics of employment law and onboarding requirements
- Proficient in sourcing tools such as JazzHR, LinkedIn, and other job boards
- Proven ability to develop solid candidate pipelines with high retention rates
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Attention to detail, problem solving ability, flexibility and proactive attitude
- Work effectively with employees at all levels of the company
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a customer service focus
- Comfortable working on a team as well as independently in a remote environment
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and feel comfortable driving to various locations in York and Adams Counties for work
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twist and sit for extended periods of time
