Job Description:  

Kenja-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a Technical Writer level 2 to join our team.  As an IT Integration Services Technical Writer on our team, you will support a customer with documenting governance processes and procedures for workflows associated with the Enterprise Information Technology Service Management Infrastructure. This is part of an effort to create a comprehensive technology and process stack for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the service management system. You will support integration across projects/programs and collaborate/coordinate among service owners and with other mission stakeholders.
