Job description
Rosetta Hall is seeking line cooks! We have grown to become one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Boulder with a large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. Responsibilities:
- Ensures excellent product quality.
- Provide friendly, professional and welcoming customer service.
- Completing all opening and closing checklists.
- Execute all dishes and prep projects to spec.
- Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chefs.
Qualifications:
- Motivated culinary professional that wants to contiribute to the success of the enitre team.
- Minimum 1 year of culinary experience.
- Familiarity with and a desire to learn a variety of cooking techniques
- Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to cross-train and work in different food concepts.
- Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
Perks & Benefits:
- $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience
- PTO policy for full-time employees. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, & 3 weeks after 3 years.
